Job summary

Able Stars ABA in Maryland is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our passionate team. You will provide evidence-based ABA services with clinical autonomy in a hybrid work model, while leadership handles the administrative load.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master’s degree in psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with clients with Autism and/or developmental disabilities.
• Ability to pass a background check, child abuse clearance, and fingerprinting (completed before start date).

Responsibilities

• Conduct skill and behavior assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, EFL, etc.) and write individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee all clinical aspects of your assigned caseload using evidence-based practices.
• Train, supervise, and coach RBTs/BTs on treatment plan implementation, meeting BACB supervision requirements (minimum 10% of direct service hours).
• Collect, analyze, and review client data regularly to guide clinical decisions.
• Conduct monthly parent education and caregiver training sessions.
• Complete session notes, reports, and treatment plans accurately and on time.
• Maintain monthly billable hour expectations.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and attend company trainings and meetings.

Education

Master’s degree in psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related discipline

BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)

State licensure where required
