You will supervise RBTs/BTs, conduct assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP), develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multi-state clinical team while maintaining a balanced schedule and opportunities for professional growth.
Qualifications
- BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
- Master's degree in psychology, ABA, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with autism/developmental disabilities.
- State licensure where required (licensure support provided).
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, EFL) and write treatment plans.
- Oversee clinical aspects of caseload using evidence-based practices.
- Train and supervise RBTs/BTs, ensuring BACB supervision hours.
- Collect and review client data to guide clinical decisions.
- Complete notes, reports, and treatment plans accurately and on time.
- Maintain monthly billable hour goals.
- Collaborate with clinical team and attend trainings.
