Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) in Maryland. You will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based programs to improve client outcomes and family quality of life.

Expect collaboration with technicians and leadership opportunities within a hybrid work model. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, supervision of paraprofessionals, and ongoing treatment plan updates.

Qualifications

• BCBA Certification from the BACB is required.
• Active, valid, unrestricted license to practice in the state of service.
• Ability to travel to and between client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and interpret results.
• Design and oversee behavior-analytic interventions.
• Develop and apply assessment and intervention methods for cases.
• Train others to implement ethical behavior interventions.
• Submit notes, progress reports, and treatment plans on time.
• Oversee accurate data collection per policies.
• Provide 1:1 supervision to staff and update plans as needed.
• Conduct parent training and treatment planning as required.
