Job summary

Get Set ABA, a BCBA-led practice near Baltimore County, MD, is hiring experienced BCBAs for remote and hybrid positions. You will conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS), develop ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, monitor data, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience in program development and RBT supervision.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS).
• Develop individualized ABA Treatment Plans.
• Provide clinical supervision to RBTs.
• Monitor client data and adjust plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain all required documentation and ethical compliance.
