Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinically and grow professionally. You will supervise RBTs, deliver evidence-based ABA services, and coordinate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to advance meaningful progress for children.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and state licensure where applicable.
• Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Experience conducting assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland) and developing treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Carry an active caseload and develop individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians using evidence-based strategies (BST).
• Deliver parent and caregiver training and collaborate with families and schools.
• Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust programming accordingly.
