Amalgamated Bank is seeking a Customer Service/Teller specialist to deliver high-quality service at the branch and at off-site events. You will present the full range of Amalgamated Bank products, support management in achieving branch metrics, and cross-sell effectively to existing and potential customers.

The role requires at least two years of teller experience or completion of teller training, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility to transfer within the network.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years Teller experience required or completed teller training.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers.
• Must be flexible to work and/or transfer throughout the network.
• Detailed knowledge of banking procedures, regulations and branch functions.

Responsabilidades

• Open and maintain a variety of accounts per policy, including CIP.
• Proactively present and cross-sell Bank products based on customer needs.
• Open and maintain new and existing accounts; assist with off-site sales calls.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Assist in balancing daily transactions and verify ledger accuracy.
• Support branch management and contribute to performance metrics.
