Job summary

Country Bank is hiring a Banking Center Specialist in Paxton, MA. You will handle a variety of customer banking tasks, open and service accounts, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling while delivering excellent service.

The role supports hybrid work and requires a high school diploma with customer service experience. You will contribute to community engagement and cross-sell bank products while upholding regulatory and process standards.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to make effective presentations in a group setting.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen customer relationships by actively listening and engaging the customer to understand their needs and goals.
• Open and service various types of accounts, including consumer, business, and retirement.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, checks, wires, and foreign currency; balance cash box daily.
• Balance cash box, cash recycler, and vault with accuracy and in compliance with policies.
• Promote Country Bank experience and participate in community events.
