Qualifications

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of one year of customer service or sales experience. Work experience in banking/finance and cash handling is preferred. Notary Public license and NMLS registration may be required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue opportunities to build customer relationships and educate customers on products and digital services.
• Open various types of accounts and assist with instructions for self-service setup.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions with accuracy and balance a cash box.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues with guided referrals when needed.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws and participate in community outreach.
