Under the supervision of the Retail Banking Officer, you will manage cash operations, open new accounts, accept loan applications and assist customers with online banking and other services.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen customer relationships through active listening and tailored solutions.
• Open and service new accounts, and assist with online banking setup.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and other transactions accurately.
• Balance cash box and vault daily with high accuracy.
