Country Bank’s Paxton Banking Center seeks a Banking Center Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service and end-to-end banking support. The role supports cash handling, account openings, and loan processing within a collaborative Retail Banking team.

The position offers a hybrid schedule and a competitive benefits package. Applicants should be customer-focused and comfortable with sales goals and digital services.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required with 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Banking/finance experience and cash handling preferred.
• Notary Public license and NMLS registration required.

Mansioni

• Build and deepen customer relationships by actively listening and offering Country Bank solutions.
• Open various accounts and assist with loan applications and account servicing.
• Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments) and balance cash box daily.
• Guide customers on self-service and digital banking options.
• Promote the Country Bank experience and participate in community events.
