Country Bank is hiring a Banking Center Specialist in Palmer, MA to deliver an exceptional customer experience by opening accounts, processing transactions and guiding customers toward the right digital services.

You will build lasting relationships through active listening, educate customers on products and digital services, and collaborate with teammates to meet growth and service goals in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Experience in banking or finance preferred, including cash handling.
• Notary Public license and NMLS registration required/able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to build customer relationships and meet sales goals.
• Open and maintain various accounts and handle deposits/transactions.
• Balance cash box, cash recycler, and vault daily with accuracy.
• Provide tailored service and educate customers on products and digital services.
• Assist with loan applications and account servicing requests.
