Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 1+ year of customer service or sales experience.
• Banking/finance experience preferred; cash handling.
• Must obtain Notary Public license and NMLS registration.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to expand customer relationships and educate customers on products and digital services.
• Own the customer experience end-to-end; involve referral partners when needed.
• Open consumer, business, and retirement accounts with proper identification.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, checks and wire transfers; balance cash box/drawer daily.
