Country Bank in Ware, MA is seeking a Float Banking Center Specialist to support our Retail Banking team. You will handle cash operations, open new accounts, and assist customers with deposits, loans, and online banking, while delivering exceptional service.

This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage of $22–$29, a hybrid schedule, and a benefits package including health coverage, a 401(k) plan, tuition assistance, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; minimum 1 year in customer service or sales.
• Banking/finance experience preferred; cash handling experience is a plus.
• Must obtain Notary Public license and active NMLS registration.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen customer relationships by understanding needs and offering Country Bank solutions.
• Open and service accounts, process deposits/withdrawals, and manage online banking setup.
• Balance cash box, cash recycler, and vault daily with accuracy.
• Assist in loan applications and home equity lines of credit.
• Promote Country Bank values and participate in community events.
