EASTERN BANK is seeking Service Associates to blend platform sales and teller duties in a hybrid role at select Massachusetts branches. You will open deposit accounts, process loans, handle teller transactions, and actively promote cross-sell opportunities to grow the customer portfolio.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and multitasking skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of sales/retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Opens deposit accounts and processes loan applications.
• Performs teller duties including deposits, cash checks, and currency transactions.
• Meets quarterly sales targets and refers customers to other lines.
• Maintains compliance with bank policies and daily account maintenance.
