Job summary

Metronet is hiring a Business Account Executive to join our Chicago sales team in a hybrid, full-time role. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—targeting mid-market business customers with fiber solutions and cross-selling mobile options through the Metronet/T-Mobile relationship.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct discovery conversations to uncover customer needs and tailor solutions.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract and onboarding.
• Leverage Salesforce and other tools to inform sales strategy and prioritize opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, pipeline activity, and deals in Salesforce.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
