You will collaborate with distribution centers and internal teams, monitor order status and KPIs, and provide professional support with an emphasis on accuracy and customer service. Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel is desired.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of order management experience.
• Experience working with B2B or corporate customers.
• Experience with order entry, management, or fulfillment.
• ERP or order management systems experience; M365 ERP preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment and invoicing.
• Ensure orders are entered accurately and processed on time.
• Confirm products, pricing, shipping methods, and related order details.
• Coordinate with distribution centers and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Manage tracking, proof of delivery, returns, and invoicing.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned B2B customer accounts.
• Provide professional, solution-oriented support to customers and internal partners.
• Monitor account status, KPIs, and order-related issues.
• Proactively identify potential order or fulfillment issues and help resolve them.
• Generate reports and maintain accurate customer and order information.
