Job summary

Genpact LLC seeks an Engineer - Infrastructure Services to provide L1/L2 support for AVD, monitor host pools, and assist with VM setup in a hybrid work environment. You will troubleshoot issues, contribute to UAT testing, and document solutions for the knowledge base.

You’ll learn Azure fundamentals in a live production setting, collaborate with senior engineers, and participate in on-site and remote activities across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technology discipline is required.
• Experience with cloud platforms and security tools is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for AVD issues and basic performance concerns.
• Monitor AVD host pools, workspaces, and virtual machines daily.
• Assist in setup/configuration of VMs and FSLogix user profiles.
• Troubleshoot AVD issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Support UAT for AVD updates and new integrations.
• Document knowledge base and troubleshoot guides.
