Job summary

North Carolina A&T State University seeks a Media Services Manager to lead a team responsible for classroom and instructional AV technology across the campus, designing standardized solutions to support teaching and campus operations.

The Manager oversees installation, maintenance, and support of instructional systems, supports events and lecture capture, and trains faculty, staff, and students in using supported technologies. This is an on-site, full-time role reporting to ITS Director.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field with two years' related experience.
• Or a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field with four years' related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of employees and student workers responsible for support, design, and operation of classroom, instructional, and event-based audiovisual technologies.
• Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of instructional technology systems.
• Provide media and instructional technology support for special events, meetings, presentations, and athletic events.
• Train faculty, staff, and students in the effective use of supported technologies.
• Collaborate with CTS Director and ITS to deliver reliable instructional technology services.
