The University of North Texas at Dallas is seeking a Manager, Digital Spaces to oversee the installation, testing, maintenance, and repair of audio/visual technology across the UNT Dallas campus. You will coordinate AV support for events and work with senior management on complex requests.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in audio/visual or interactive media production, strong communication, vendor management, and scheduling skills, with occasional after-hours

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and four years of audio, video or interactive media production experience, or equivalent
• Experience with audio, video and interactive media production
• Knowledge of audio and video recording/editing techniques

Mansioni

• Oversee A/V classroom and conference room technology assets, budgeting, purchasing, repairs and disposal.
• Coordinate setup and support for A/V events and activities.
• Evaluate and recommend AV brands and equipment for budgeting and selection.
• Manage support tickets and projects in ServiceNow.
• Direct and train AV technicians and student staff.
• Design AV systems, oversee quality control and infrastructure planning.
• Keep up to date with AV technology advances and attend relevant meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or Director.
