Job summary

University of North Texas System seeks a Manager, Digital Spaces at UNT Dallas to lead AV technology installation, testing, maintenance and repair across campus facilities. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with four years in audio/video production, excellent communication, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four (4) years audio, video or interactive media production experience, or equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with macOS and audio/video production software.

Responsibilities

• Oversees classroom and conference room technology assets, including budgeting and procurement.
• Coordinates setup and support for AV events and activities.
• Manages AV technicians and student staff.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of AV technologies and upgrades.
• Utilizes ServiceNow for tickets and project tracking.
