Job summary

Mesa Energy Systems, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to manage client relationships and drive sales for our HVAC and energy solutions in the Phoenix area.

You will develop proposals, deliver presentations, and collaborate with the Director of Sales to meet annual plans and expand service offerings. Strong MS Office and IT/automation knowledge are required. This is a hybrid role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical discipline.
• 3+ years of technical commercial / industrial automation experience.
• 2+ years of commercial / industrial automation sales experience.
• Experience with Distech Controls, Johnson Controls, Delta Controls.
• IT infrastructure knowledge including network topology, RAID storage, IoT, and cyber security.
• Experience selling energy-based solutions with guaranteed or stipulated savings.
• Strong presentation skills and sales aptitude.
• Financial acumen including cost modeling for proposals.
• Experience developing technical and cost proposals.
• Experience with a CRM tool.
• Self-starter and independent decision maker.
• MS Office skills, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing clients to strengthen partnerships and drive sales.
• Cultivate prospective clients at all levels and build relationships via various channels.
• Develop client proposals and estimates using standard templates and pricing models.
• Manage sales funnel and participate in weekly/monthly forecasting.
• Meet annual sales plans and collaborate with team to improve programs.
