Job summary

EMCOR Services Mesa Energy is seeking an Automation Account Manager to build and sustain client relationships across vertical markets, driving sales of maintenance, repairs, replacements, and energy efficiency services. You will develop proposals, present solutions, and manage pricing and CRM-driven forecasts to meet annual sales plans.

The role emphasizes prospecting, client events, and collaboration with the Director of Sales to improve programs and processes, with a focus on growing revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical discipline.
• 3+ years of technical commercial/industrial automation experience.
• 2+ years of commercial/industrial automation sales experience.
• Experience with Distech, Johnson Controls, or Delta Controls is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new accounts and maintain existing client relationships.
• Develop sales presentations and follow through with opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver client proposals, estimates, and pricing models.
• Maintain pricing, A/R, client correspondence, and QA support.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
• Maintain an accurate sales funnel in the CRM and assist with forecasts.
