Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and process simple to moderately complex commercial claims.
• Interact directly with insureds, claimants, agents, and internal customers.
• Determine coverage and notify pertinent parties as needed.
• Establish and adjust claim reserves within authority.
• Negotiate settlements within assigned limits.
• Prepare simple to moderate property damage or auto damage estimates.
