Responsibilities

• Review and process simple to straightforward commercial claims within authority and policy terms.
• Interact with insureds, claimants, agents, and internal customers.
• Assess coverage, establish reserves, and negotiate settlements within authority.
• Prepare simple to moderate property or auto damage estimates.
• Maintain accurate claim files and report potential fraud or subrogation.
