Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking an Autism Evaluator to deliver neurodevelopmental assessments and integrated care for children, adolescents, and families. You will combine diagnostic evaluations with ongoing psychotherapy, aligning direct care hours between testing and therapy based on clinician strengths and patient demand.

The role emphasizes collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of PMHNPs, therapists, and coaches, with hybrid onsite and remote work options and a supportive, growth-oriented

Qualifications

• Active, independent LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Perform autism/neurodevelopmental diagnostic evaluations (ADOS-2, ASRS, CARS-2).
• Synthesize assessment data into clear diagnostic conclusions.
• Deliver compassionate feedback to families and outline care pathways.
• Manage evaluation timelines; complete notes within 24 hours and oversee report-writing.
