Qualifications

• Active, independent LCSW, LPC, LMFT license in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience delivering clinical care to children, adolescents, and families.
• Exceptional clinical writing and diagnostic documentation skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct neurodevelopmental diagnostic evaluations focused on autism spectrum evaluations (ADOS-2, ASRS, CARS-2).
• Synthesize assessment data into clear, clinically sound diagnostic conclusions.
• Deliver clear, compassionate feedback to clients and families after evaluations with recommendations.
• Maintain evaluation timelines with 24-hour notes and oversee report-writing and feedback appointments.
• Collaborate with the broader interdisciplinary team and participate in weekly clinical consultations.
• Provide direct psychotherapy to a pediatric/young adult caseload with evidence-based care.
• Perform biopsychosocial assessments to establish treatment plans for therapy clients.
• Develop and maintain integrated treatment plans in partnership with multidisciplinary providers.
