Job summary

Blackbird Health is recruiting an Autism Evaluator to provide neurodevelopmental diagnostic evaluations and ongoing psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and young adults. You will work within an interdisciplinary team and balance testing with therapy sessions to meet patient needs.

Onsite at least two days per week with potential for additional remote work; strong clinical writing and collaboration skills are essential, along with PA PsyD licensure and 2+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• PsyD license required and licensed to practice in PA.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical care experience with children, adolescents and families.
• Excellent clinical writing and diagnostic documentation skills.
• Experience collaborating within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Perform autism-focused neurodevelopmental diagnostic evaluations (ADOS-2, ASRS, CARS-2).
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to pediatric and young-adult clients.
• Deliver clear diagnostic feedback to families with actionable care pathways.
• Maintain timely documentation and reports, manage evaluation timelines.
