Blackbird Health is seeking an Autism Evaluator to conduct neurodevelopmental assessments and provide evidence-based psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and young adults. The role blends testing with ongoing therapy, tailoring care to developmental and neurodiverse needs.

Join a collaborative team with PMHNPs, therapists, and coaches. Hybrid schedule, with onsite and remote elements, and supportive administration to focus on clinical care.

Qualifications

• Active LCSW/LPC/LMFT license in Pennsylvania.
• 2+ years delivering clinical care to children and families.

Responsabilités

• Conduct autism spectrum diagnostic evaluations (ADOS-2, ASRS, CARS-2).
• Synthesize assessment data into clear diagnostic conclusions.
• Provide feedback to families with care pathways and recommendations.
• Complete progress notes within 24 hours and manage reports.
