Blackbird Health in Maryland is seeking an Autism Evaluator to combine neurodevelopmental diagnostic evaluations with ongoing psychotherapy, helping families gain clarity and long-term support.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team including PMHNPs, therapists, and coaches, balancing testing and therapy hours with onsite and remote options. Maryland licensure and pediatric experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland LCSW-C license required.
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical care experience with children and families.
• Excellent clinical writing and diagnostic documentation.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsabilités

• Conduct neurodevelopmental diagnostic evaluations (ADOS-2, ASRS, CARS-2).
• Provide direct psychotherapy to pediatric and young adult clients.
• Deliver clear, compassionate family feedback with care pathways.
• Maintain timely documentation and oversee evaluation timelines.
• Coordinate findings with the interdisciplinary care team.
