Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking an Autism Evaluator licensed in Maryland to perform neurodevelopmental assessments (ADOS‑2, ASRS, CARS‑2) and provide evidence‑based psychotherapy for pediatric clients. The role combines testing and therapy within a hybrid schedule, with onsite time required and after‑school availability.

You will join an interdisciplinary team, ensure timely reports, and support families with clear diagnostic feedback and care pathways.

Qualifications

• Active, independent PsyD license in Maryland.
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical care delivering to children, adolescents, and families.
• Exceptional clinical writing and diagnostic documentation skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct neurodevelopmental diagnostic evaluations focusing on autism spectrum evaluations (ADOS‑2, ASRS, CARS‑2).
• Synthesize data into clear diagnostic conclusions and provide feedback to families.
• Lead therapy sessions and biopsychosocial assessments to inform treatment plans.
• Maintain timely documentation and manage evaluation timelines.
