Job summary

STG's Audience Services Representative II delivers outstanding customer service at six venues and the administrative office. The role handles emails and calls, including season ticket processing, group sales, and accessibility needs, with a hybrid on-site/remote schedule and required evening/weekend availability.

The position requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication, and strong knowledge of venue layouts and ADA considerations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or performing arts venue preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills; ability to communicate professionally and effectively both internally and externally.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of ADA/accessibility ticketing considerations a plus.
• Proficient PC skills and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Cross trained in all box office functions of Audience Services.
• Work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Provide exceptional service to all customers.
• Coordinate needs and fulfill ADA and accessibility ticket sales.
• Reply to customer messages and requests via phone, email and in person.
• Maintain high-level knowledge of venue layouts, functions, amenities, and accessibility.
• Resolve customer service issues or escalate to manager as needed.
• Coordinate and fulfill group ticket sales.
• Work in person at live events, handling sales in the box office, and fulfill will call as needed.
• Fulfill operational duties such as ticket processing, light office tasks and data entry.
