STG is seeking a Tickets Services Administrator to oversee box office operations across six Seattle venues and the administrative office. The role combines on-site duties with a hybrid schedule that includes remote work for certain tasks, and emphasizes accuracy in accounting, reporting, and customer communications.
Responsibilities include advanced Excel reporting, coordinating with internal departments and clients, and supporting box office staff.
The Ticket Services Administrator oversees all aspects of box office admin support, including accounting, ticket counts, customer service escalation, internal department and external client communications, and daytime window operations. This position earns between $23.92 to $28.70/hour (midpoint $26.31/hour) as well as Medical, Dental, Vision, LTD, STD insurance plus 403b retirement savings plan with a discretionary match.
Work is performed on site at any of our six venues and the administrative office. The work schedule will be a hybrid combination of days on site and remote.
