Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a program leader to drive assurance initiatives across client programs, launches, implementation, and contracting. The role connects cross-functional teams to execute strategy, close operational gaps, and build scalable processes that enhance client value.

The position is onsite hybrid (3 days on site) with travel as needed. You will develop materials, manage dashboards, and support ongoing program execution for Vizient Reserve and related areas.

Qualifications

• Preferred degree; relevant experience required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare or supply chain.
• Strong Excel proficiency and data analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional program delivery across client initiatives, launches, implementation, contracting, and compliance.
• Analyze client data to identify compliance gaps and opportunities.
• Coordinate with suppliers, field teams, contracting, sourcing, analytics, and marketing.
• Create trainings, FAQs, talking points, and program materials for clients and internal teams.
• Manage client inquiries, orders, shortages, substitutions, and escalations.
