With 5+ years in healthcare or supply chain, you will develop scalable solutions, maintain dashboards, and manage relationships across clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in healthcare or supply chain.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable plans and new service offerings.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Onsite Hybrid 3 days a week; office locations Irving TX, Centennial CO, Chicago IL.

Responsibilities

• Drive program leadership across the Assurance portfolio, translating strategy into execution across client programs, launches, implementation, contracting, and compliance.
• Analyze client purchasing and participation data to identify compliance gaps and opportunities.
• Support category launches, client expansion, and program adoption by coordinating with suppliers, field teams, contracting, sourcing, analytics, and marketing.
• Develop presentations, training, webinars, FAQs, and talking points to educate clients and internal teams.
• Manage client and supplier inquiries, ordering challenges, product access, shortages, substitutions, allocations, and escalations.
• Maintain program trackers, dashboards, pipeline reports, compliance records, and performance metrics.
• Support Reserve, Critical Supplies Management, and broader Assurance program execution, including data collection and automation initiatives.
• Manage ongoing client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services.
