Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand a mid-sized book of business with larger Property & Casualty accounts.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for managed accounts.
• Research markets to identify potential relationship needs and target new buyers.
• Prepare analyses to develop competitive proposals and cross-functional opportunities.
• Create project plans and timelines to deliver products and solutions to clients.
• Develop custom product solutions and ensure pricing and policy compliance.
• Address escalated issues promptly and maintain positive client relationships.
• Represent Marsh at industry events to strengthen market presence.
