Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Marketing Account Executive on the Commercial Lines team in a hybrid Darien/Boston location. The role leads marketing activities for new and renewal business and supports Producers in sales efforts while serving as a consultative client contact.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, a property and casualty license, and at least six years in commercial insurance, with strong communication and leadership skills. Hybrid work and travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education (and/or related experience)
• Six years of commercial insurance industry experience
• Property and casualty insurance license
• Experience marketing and servicing large commercial real estate accounts
• Knowledge of markets, policies and coverage issues for all states and industries serviced
• Strong organizational skills and leadership to manage team workload
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships
• Ability to travel overnight
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate marketing activities on new and renewal business
• Support Producer in sales activities and client consultations
• Respond to proposals and participate in prospect meetings
• Direct and mentor account service team members
• Collaborate with national leadership to drive LOB strategy and initiatives
