Job summary

The Hanover Insurance Group seeks an Associate Actuary in a hybrid MI/CT/MA office setup. This full-time, exempt role places you at the forefront of actuarial projects, offering independence in problem solving and guidance to junior team members.

The role requires ACAS or higher (or equivalent experience), strong data insight, and familiarity with ratemaking, reserving, and predictive modeling. FCAS pursuit is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• ACAS or higher designation or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of actuarial concepts and ability to apply new techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead actuarial projects and present results to stakeholders.
