Job summary

University of Chicago Booth School of Business seeks an Assistant Director to design, deliver, and improve center programs and events, including but not limited to healthcare speaker series and fellowship programs. You will partner with other departments, sustain alumni connections, and support cross-campus collaborations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience designing and delivering center programs and events.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to analyze feedback and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manages a portfolio of healthcare center programs from inception to completion.
• Creates, schedules, and publishes digital content for promotion.
• Coordinates events: speakers, registration, venue, travel and on-site/virtual staffing.
• Supports the Booth Healthcare Fellowship Program and student groups; builds partnerships.
• Processes travel reimbursements and tracks expenses.
• Uses data to inform program decisions and evaluations.
• Represents the center at meetings and events.
