The Assistant Director supports the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of center programs and events, including but not limited to the Healthcare Speaker Series, Booth Healthcare Fellowship Program, Healthcare Scholar-in-Residence, Healthcare Research Brown Bags, and alumni events. In this role, the Assistant Director partners with other departments, supports cross-campus collaborations, sustains alumni and external stakeholder connections, and advances the Tolan Center's strategic priorities. In addition to day-to-day management of a portfolio of programs, as a member of a small, high-impact team, the Assistant Director will provide logistical support as needed for other center initiatives. This is a hybrid position, based on the Hyde Park campus with occasional travel to the Gleacher Center and off-campus events.
