Job summary

The University of Chicago Booth School of Business is seeking an Assistant Director to support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of center programs including the Healthcare Speaker Series and Healthcare Fellowship Program. You will partner with other departments, sustain alumni connections, and advance the Tolan Center’s priorities.

This hybrid role is based on the Hyde Park campus with occasional travel to the Gleacher Center and off‑campus events.

Responsibilities

• Manages healthcare programs from inception to completion.
• Creates and publishes digital content to raise awareness.
• Oversees events with registration, venue, catering, travel, marketing.
• Supports the Booth Healthcare Fellowship Program and related events.
• Liaises with student groups to plan programming.
• Collaborates with Alumni Relations, Career Services, Admissions.
• Processes travel reimbursements and supplier payments.
• Tracks expenses and updates financial systems.
• Uses data to inform program evaluation and decisions.
• Represents the center at meetings and events.
