Job summary

Daimler Truck North America is seeking a Manufacturing Assembly Process Engineer (L6) to develop, implement, and improve assembly manufacturing processes across DTNA operations. This hands-on role requires coordinating with Design Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Facilities to solve problems and drive safe, high-quality, and cost-effective production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related disciplines.
• 2+ years leading projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• 1 year or more supporting manufacturing launches, process improvements, or capital projects.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve assembly manufacturing processes across DTNA operations.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
• Coordinate project activities with Design Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Facilities, and Plant teams.
