Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, assembly engineering, or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of experience leading projects with multiple stakeholders.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting manufacturing launches or capital projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with data analysis, dashboards, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of assembly manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship across locations.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
• Ensure designs meet safety, quality, productivity, and ergonomic requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project execution on time and within budget.
