Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• 5-7 years in manufacturing/assembly engineering or related disciplines.
• 2+ years leading projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience supporting launches, improvements, or capital projects.
• Advanced Excel data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint for leadership communications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of assembly manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Manufacturing Engineers across locations.
• Support safety-critical manufacturing systems, tooling, assembly processes, and controls.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
• Ensure designs meet safety, quality, productivity and ergonomic requirements.
• Lead multiple projects from concept through implementation.
• Manage schedules, risks, budgets, and stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Plant teams.
