Job summary

M&M Recycling in Locust Grove, GA is seeking a Transportation and Logistics Manager to own, lead, and scale our trucking and dispatch operations. This role blends hands-on dispatch supervision with leadership of our driver team, fleet performance, safety, and compliance.

You will optimize routes in real time, coach drivers for on-time service, and drive KPI improvements in cost per load, turnaround times, and fleet uptime.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in dispatching and transportation, with roll-off trucks.
• Experience managing drivers in a fast-paced, blue-collar setting.
• Strong routing, scheduling, real-time dispatching, and DOT compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispatch supervision for roll-off, dump, and live load trucks.
• Lead drivers to achieve on-time performance and safety standards.
• Coordinate fleet maintenance, DOT inspections, and vehicle readiness.
• Serve as primary logistics contact for customers and align dispatch with capacity.
• Analyze KPIs to improve route efficiency and cost per load.
