• 4–7 years of B2B sales experience

Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with architects, designers, hospitality stakeholders and other professional decision-makers.
• Drive product specification by introducing premium solutions for upcoming commercial projects.
• Conduct technical presentations, product education sessions, and project-specific recommendations.
• Develop an understanding of customer needs, project requirements, and design considerations to recommend appropriate solutions.
• Influence technical and product decisions by communicating value, application, performance, and design benefits.
• Build relationships early in the project lifecycle to increase specification and conversion opportunities.
• Proactively identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across an assigned multi-state territory.
• Maintain strong communication with internal and external partners throughout the sales process.
• CRM, pipeline management and reporting using HubSpot to track opportunities and updates.
