The role involves developing drawings, coordinating revisions, and collaborating with a small team on residential projects. Starting salary is $75,000 per year, with a 4-day office / 1 day remote schedule.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong written and verbal professional English communication skills.

• Residential architecture experience is preferred.
• Architecture degree preferred.
• Architectural license is not required.

This position is ideal for someone with at least two years of professional architecture experience who is highly proficient in 2D drafting and 3D modeling and enjoys working in a collaborative, hands-on environment.

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting salary: $75,000 annually
• Full-time position
• Hybrid schedule: 4 days per week in the office and 1 day working remotely
• Retirement plan with employer matching contribution available subject to a 2-year vesting period
