Job summary

Talent Elite Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager with SNF experience to lead AR activities across the company and at assigned facilities. The role is hybrid, based from the Montebello area, and supervises AR Consultants and specialists.

You will drive accurate billing, manage denials, train teams, enforce AR policies, and produce aging and denial trend reports while ensuring regulatory compliance. Occasional travel to facilities is required.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience as an AR Consultant preferred.
• 5-7 years experience as a supervisor.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and HMO billing.
• Proficient in MS Office and billing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assists in recruiting and hiring AR Consultants.
• Supervising and mentoring a team of AR specialists or collectors.
• Overseeing billing and collections with timely submission to insurers and patients.
• Managing denials and optimizing revenue from claims.
• Developing and enforcing AR policies and procedures.
• Generating reports on aging, collection rates, and denial trends.
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare billing regulations.
• Travel to facilities monthly and occasional overnight travel as needed.
