Job summary

Ensign Services, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Resource for the Skilled Nursing sector to train business office managers and staff on accurate billing practices. You will monitor collections across Southern California operations and ensure precise revenue recording in healthcare locations.

The role requires 5+ years in SNF/LTC AR management, multi-facility oversight, and proficiency with ERP/AR systems. Travel may be required; a collaborative, CAPLICO-driven environment is emphasized.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Office Manager experience in the skilled nursing / LTC setting.
• Accounts Receivable experience in SNF / LTC setting.
• 2+ years multi-facility oversight preferred.
• PointClickCare experience preferred.
• Nevada Medicaid Billing and Applications preferred.
• Ability to travel long distance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge of state regulations.
• RFMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the locations accounts receivable functions under the supervision of the Director of Accounts Receivable.
• Analyze AR functions to ensure maximum workflow and productivity; communicate deficiencies and best practices.
• Provide and conduct training for business office staff in multiple locations.
• Monitor, update and train financial policies and procedures per company policy and regulations.
• Communicate best practices with peers and staff at locations.
• Assist and provide corrective action to AR workflow processes at locations.
• Coordinate month-end close processes when staff vacancies occur.
• Coordinate AR functions when location positions are vacant.
