Job summary

Stretch Zone, Inc. is seeking a motivated appointment setter/inside sales representative for hybrid work across Long Island studios. You will call, text, and follow up with prospective members, convert leads to introductory stretch appointments, and educate prospects about practitioner-led stretching.

Base pay starts at $18/hour with performance bonuses and paid training. Ideal candidates are phone-confident, text-savvy, organized, and goal-driven, with CRM experience and comfort using social

Qualifications

• Experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or customer service.
• Familiarity with CRM software and social media engagement.
• Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with multiple studio locations.

Responsibilities

• Call, text, and follow up with prospective members.
• Convert leads into scheduled introductory stretch appointments.
• Educate prospects about practitioner‑led stretching benefits.
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from phone, website, and social media.
• Schedule appointments and maximize studio calendars.
• Complete daily studio operational checklists and administrative tasks.
• Support multiple studio locations as needed.
• Maintain detailed CRM notes and consistent follow‑up with every lead.
• Assist with social media engagement and local marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with leadership to improve lead conversion and member experience.

What You’ll Do

• Convert leads into scheduled introductory stretch appointments (demos).
