The position supports member growth, engages prospects by phone and text, and coordinates demos while maintaining CRM records and contributing to marketing efforts. Flexible home/office balance offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in appointment setting and inside sales roles.
• Comfortable with phone, text, email outreach and follow-ups.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and CRM notes diligently.

Responsibilities

• Call, text, and follow up with prospective members.
• Convert leads into scheduled introductory stretch appointments.
• Educate prospects on benefits of practitioner-led stretching.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, website, and social media.
• Schedule appointments and maximize studio calendars.
• Complete daily studio operational tasks and CRM updates.
• Support multiple studio locations as needed.
• Maintain detailed CRM notes and consistent follow-up.
• Assist with social media and local marketing efforts.

What You’ll Do

• Call, text, and follow up with prospective members who have expressed interest in Stretch Zone.
• Convert leads into scheduled introductory stretch appointments (demos).
• Build excitement and educate prospects about the benefits of practitioner‑led assisted stretching.
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from phone, website, and social media.
• Schedule appointments and maximize studio calendars.
• Complete daily studio operational checklists and administrative tasks.
• Support multiple studio locations as needed.
• Maintain detailed CRM notes and consistent follow‑up with every lead.
• Assist with social media engagement and local marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with leadership to improve lead conversion and member experience.
